Magsmi Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Magsmi processes through this website and support email.

LanguagesThis document is available in Korean and English. If the versions differ or wording is unclear, the interpretation more favorable to the user applies where required by law.

Controller and Contact

Magsmi, represented by Magne Saetran, operates this website from the Republic of Korea and controls the website and support information described in this policy. Business registration number: 482-28-02053.

Magne Saetran is Magsmi's Privacy Officer. Privacy requests can be sent to support@magsmi.com or by post to 2F, 214-S128, 46 Apgujeong-ro 2-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06034, Republic of Korea.

Information Processed

The website has no user accounts, contact forms, or application database. Magsmi does not ask you to enter personal information on the website.

If you email support@magsmi.com, Magsmi receives your email address, message, and any information you choose to attach. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or information not needed for support.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and may process routine technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information, and security signals.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on the current website. Magsmi does not use it to collect page-view, Web Vitals, or other visitor analytics data unless it first enables the service and updates this policy.

Purposes and Legal Bases

Magsmi processes support email to answer requests, diagnose reported problems, protect the service, keep necessary support records, and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location, the legal basis is taking steps you request, Magsmi's legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with law.

Technical delivery data is processed to send requested pages, prevent abuse, maintain availability, and secure the website. Magsmi does not use this data for advertising or profiling.

Magsmi does not currently use Cloudflare Web Analytics or another website analytics service to measure visitor behavior. If that changes, Magsmi will describe the purpose and legal basis in an updated policy before or when the change takes effect as required by law.

Service Providers and International Transfers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes routine request and security data, including IP address, request time, requested page or path, browser and device information, to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled.

When you email support@magsmi.com, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the sender and recipient addresses, message content, attachments, and routing headers to a consumer Gmail account operated by Google LLC. Magsmi uses that account as its business mailbox to receive, read, and answer support messages.

Cloudflare may process this information in the United States and across its global network. Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, United States, may process Gmail messages on servers around the world under Google's Privacy Policy. Magsmi applies the retention period below to support messages it controls. After Magsmi deletes a message, Google says complete deletion generally takes about two months and encrypted backups can retain it for up to six months; legal or security needs can require longer retention. Google privacy information and contact options are available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/policies/answer/9581826. Contact Magsmi's Privacy Officer at support@magsmi.com with questions about these transfers. If you do not want support information processed through these providers, do not email support; you can still browse the public site, but Magsmi cannot answer a support request it does not receive.

The site links to product websites and other services that Magsmi does not control. Those destinations process information under their own privacy policies.

Retention and Deletion

Magsmi normally deletes support correspondence within 24 months after the request is closed. Where applicable, Magsmi may retain consumer complaint or dispute-handling records for three years. A legal hold or another applicable legal obligation can require longer retention.

Cloudflare retains routine technical and routing records under its service terms. Gmail stores delivered support messages until Magsmi deletes them under the period above, followed by Google's deletion and backup cycle. Magsmi does not keep a separate website visitor database.

When the purpose is complete and no legal retention duty applies, Magsmi destroys the information without undue delay. Electronic files are deleted using methods intended to make recovery difficult; any paper record is shredded or incinerated.

Analytics and Cookies

Cloudflare Web Analytics is not enabled on the current website. The site does not currently use cookies, browser analytics storage, fingerprinting, advertising identifiers, session replay, advertising, or profiling for website analytics. Magsmi does not receive individual visitor profiles. If analytics is enabled later, Magsmi will update this policy and effective date as required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask whether Magsmi processes information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or suspension of processing. You may also object to certain processing or complain to a privacy authority. Send requests to support@magsmi.com. Magsmi may request limited information needed to verify the request.

In the Republic of Korea, you may contact the Personal Information Protection Commission or another competent privacy dispute body. People in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may complain to their local supervisory authority.

In Korea, privacy incident advice is available from the Privacy Infringement Report Center at 118, and dispute mediation is available from the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee at 1833-6972.

Security

Magsmi limits access to support information and uses service providers and operational controls intended to protect it. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

Magsmi will update this page and its effective date when this policy changes. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice when required by law.
