Currency & Unit Converter+ Terms of Use

You may use the app only if you can legally enter into these terms where you live. If you are not old enough to do so, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you. Under Korean law, a minor or legal representative may cancel a paid contract entered into without the legal representative's consent where the law permits. Magsmi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable store rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

For an app obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies unless Apple accepts a valid custom EULA for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable App Store license terms and may enforce them as provided there. Google Play's terms also apply to an app obtained through Google Play.

Currency & Unit Converter+ provides currency conversions, historical charts and on-date rates, unit conversions, saved pairs and currencies, configurable tax, fee and tip calculations, themes, sharing, and platform widgets. Some features may require Pro access, a supported device, or a network connection. Available features may vary by platform, app version, country, build type, and purchase offering.

Currency data comes from the Frankfurter public API. Frankfurter publishes daily reference rates and may blend rates from multiple central-bank providers. These rates are not live, executable, bank, card-network, remittance, merchant, tax-authority, or trading quotes. Rates may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, rounded, corrected, or different from the rate actually offered to you.

Conversions, historical values, charts, taxes, fees, tips, and unit results are estimates for general information. User-configured percentages are not verified against any law, contract, card, merchant, or tax rule. Currency & Unit Converter+ does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or trading advice. Verify important figures and obligations with the relevant provider or qualified professional before paying, filing, or making a financial decision.

The app may offer weekly, monthly, annual, lifetime, or other Pro products in combinations that can change. The purchase screen shows the products currently available to you, their localized store prices, billing periods, whether a product auto-renews, and any trial or introductory terms before you confirm. The price and terms displayed by Apple or Google at confirmation control the transaction, including applicable taxes and currency conversion.

An auto-renewable subscription renews for the same period unless you cancel it in your Apple or Google account before the store's applicable deadline. Your store account is charged under that store's rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for until the current period ends, unless the store states otherwise. You can use Manage Subscription in the app when a store management link is available and can restore eligible purchases from the purchase screen.

Apple or Google, not Magsmi or RevenueCat, processes payment and decides refund requests under the store's rules and mandatory consumer law. Magsmi may change prices or products prospectively using any notice or consent process required by the store and law. RevenueCat validates transactions and provides entitlement status but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Development builds may offer RevenueCat Test Store products or a local preview entitlement. These simulate Pro behavior, have no monetary value, do not create an App Store or Google Play purchase, and may be reset or withdrawn at any time.

Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation; attempt unauthorized access; bypass purchase, entitlement, rate-limit, or platform controls; reverse engineer or modify it except where law expressly permits; use automated traffic that burdens the app or its providers; distribute malicious content; or infringe another person's rights.

The app depends on services provided by Frankfurter, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and device or network providers. Their services, data, terms, and availability are outside Magsmi's control. Outages or changes can affect rates, purchases, restoration, widgets, and other features. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Magsmi and its licensors retain all rights in the app, branding, interface, text, artwork, and software except for rights expressly granted to you. Third-party software and data remain subject to their own licenses. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve Magsmi products without obligation to you, but Magsmi does not claim ownership of your personal information or the conversion content you create.

Magsmi may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or provider integrations for security, legal, technical, product, or business reasons. Magsmi will respect paid access for the purchased period as required by the applicable store agreement and law. Preview and development builds may change or stop without notice.

You may stop using the app at any time. Magsmi may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful use, or a material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law, continue to apply.

The app and third-party data are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi disclaims implied warranties and does not promise that rates, calculations, features, purchase services, or availability will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, opportunity, or savings arising from use of the app or reliance on a conversion. Where liability cannot be excluded, Magsmi's aggregate liability relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or Pro access during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability caused by Magsmi's intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability, remedy, warranty, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional protections or permits you to bring a claim elsewhere, those rights are preserved.

Magsmi may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, providers, purchases, or law. The updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and material changes will receive additional notice where required. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@magsmi.com.
