Yumble Terms of Use

You may use Yumble only if you can legally accept these terms where you live. Magsmi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

Yumble helps you discover and randomly choose among nearby restaurant results. A map result, favorite, recent draw, or roulette outcome is a suggestion, not a recommendation, reservation, endorsement, or guarantee that a venue exists, is open, accepts you, has space, offers a listed cuisine, or is safe or suitable for you.

Restaurant names, categories, addresses, coordinates, distances, links, and availability come from external sources and can be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or wrong. Check important details directly with the venue before traveling, ordering, or relying on them.

Yumble does not provide medical, allergy, dietary, nutrition, accessibility, transportation, or safety advice. If a choice affects your health or safety, verify ingredients, preparation, access, route conditions, and other requirements with qualified people or the venue.

You control whether to grant foreground location permission and which map area to search. Device location, map positions, calculated distances, and search radii can be imprecise. Do not use Yumble for emergency navigation or in a way that distracts you while driving, cycling, or walking.

Naver Maps, Apple Maps, or Google Maps controls a direction request after you choose to open it. Review the destination and route in that provider before starting. Yumble does not promise route safety, accessibility, legality, opening hours, travel time, or arrival.

You are responsible for your device, location permission, saved favorites, venue choice, and compliance with local rules. Keep any independent record you need because local app information can be lost through deletion, device loss, reset, corruption, or unavailable backups.

Use Yumble lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or providers, evade rate limits or access controls, scrape or redistribute provider data in violation of applicable rights or terms, introduce malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Cloudflare, SEMAS, Kakao, Naver, Apple, Google, Expo, device, network, and other named services are outside Magsmi's control. Their terms and privacy policies also apply, and outages, quotas, inaccurate data, changed interfaces, or discontinued services can reduce or prevent search, maps, links, updates, or directions.

Magsmi may fix, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue Yumble features for safety, legal, technical, provider, or product reasons. Magsmi does not promise that a particular provider, restaurant, category, result count, or feature will remain available.

Yumble is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi does not promise that the app, restaurant data, draws, maps, links, routes, integrations, or availability will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, opportunity, or profit arising from Yumble or a restaurant or route choice. This does not limit liability, remedies, warranties, or mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not permit Magsmi to exclude or limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, while mandatory consumer protections and competent courts in your location remain available where applicable. Questions can be sent to support@magsmi.com. Updated terms will show a new effective date and additional notice where required.
